Huasheng Group has adhered to the principle of "self-discipline, social

of two decades, Huasheng Group has engaged in industrial investment, airport,
information technology, economic high-technology, large machinery
manufacturing, large department store retail, real estate development,
preschool education, logistics, construction engineering, as well as property
management, etc. Its business covers Sichuan, Yunan, Inner Mongolia as well as
some European and American countries. |
In 1994, Huasheng Group invested the nationally well-known Chengdu
People's Shopping Mall Group co., LTD, and became the second biggest
share holder. In 2003, Huasheng Group and the Japan's Toyota Corporation of the
world's top 500 jointly invested in 2.2 billion yuan in total to establish the
Chengdu kobelco Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd, covering
540000 square meters and owning over 1000 sets of advanced manufacturing
equipments.In 2004, Huasheng Group invested in Chengdu Shuangliu International
Airport, and became the fourth biggest share holder. In 2005, Huasheng Group
invested in Xinhua Winshare Publishing and Media Co., Ltd, becoming the second
biggest share holder. Xinhua Winshare Publishing and Media Co., Ltd became the
first listed publishing company from domestic on the Hongkong Stock Exchange
(H) on May 30th, 2007.
In terms of real estate, Huasheng Group has successively developed
a number of residence communities, with more than 2 million’s construction
acreage in total. The Shudu Garden and Xinhua Graden in Chengdu of
Sichuan, Longyuan in Kunming and Qingcheng Shangjing in Hohhot of Inner
Mongolia earned a good reputation in the industry. As one of the most successfully
developed housing projects of Huasheng, Shudu Garden was at the time
the community with the biggest Monomer volume in domestic. Shudu Garden had been honored the “National Habitat
Award”, “National Quality Model Enterprise”, ”Chengdu Credible Enterprise of
Real Estate Industry ” and many other awards. |
In 2003, Huasheng Group brought in Carrefour, the
biggest retailer in Europe, and cooperated to open the flagship store of
it in Southwest of China, which contributed to the image improvement and
economic development of the region.

Since 2009, Huasheng Group has started to co-create the project
”Wen Han International Logistics Basement” with Xinhua Winshare Publishing and
Media Co., Ltd , located in the International Container Logistic
Park in QIngbaijiang of Chengdu city, which covers 1200 mu of land, with 600000
square meters’ overall floorage. In 2014,Huasheg Group reached a strategic cooperation with the China Logistics
Co.,Ltd. together to create the "China-EU-Africa International trade&logistics
center" project, plans a total planning area of about 200000 square
meters, five core functions of project settings "base" and "four
centers", namely "logistics headquarters base",
"International trade and Exhibition Center", "international
distribution center", "international bonded warehousing center"
and "international logistics business service center". |
In the year of 2013, Huasheng Group began to enter the commercial
real estate industry, and has set up a professional management team and hired
senior business management personnel. With international top-ranking concept,
Huasheng Group will start its commercial real estate business by developing a
comprehensive complex in the CBD core area of Chengdu city. The project is
planned to be one of the high-end landmarks in the area, with 3900000 square
meters’ overall floorage. Including two floors
underground and twelve floors on the ground commercial areas, a total
construction area of about 120000 square meters, two towers for super grade A
office buildings and commercial end boutique hotel style apartments, a total
construction area of about 200000 square meters, underground three to four

With Sichuan Conservatory Of Music, it co-created
the Kindergarten of Shudu Garden.
